Discreet and passionate, this baker's son embarked on the pastry adventure very early, by creating his first shop in Chambéry in 2003.
He has, since 2011, he has invested the faithful shepherd, a shop classified with historic monuments dating from 1832. The experienced gourmets immediately adopted his specific style favoring the taste above all, the fine acidity and sweet. Some essential specialties (raspberry, candid, not pom ’, Saint-Anthelme macaron ...) Cedric especially likes to develop new recipes throughout the year, according to imagination and products.
